Product Integrators put in charge of Partner Support
Solution partners for Internet in-a-box and Internet-Manager profit from this new service concept.

Nutzwerk, the makers of Internet in-a-box and Internet-Manager, put their product integrator companies SkroBelix and ebase in charge of supporting the reseller network. The entire service and support is bundled and optimized by the product integrators.

SkroBelix GmbH in Halle mainly attends to systems houses and specialist dealers. The first level support is realized entirely by SkroBelix. In addition, solution partners have access to a protected internet platform with all information around the products. SkroBelix also organizes trade fairs and road shows for the products. They are going to take part in the Linux Day in Stuttgart.

The ebase company from Oldenburg is in charge of solution partners in the area of internet providers and advertising agencies. In the same way as SkroBelix, ebase is the contact for solution partners for all support requests and provides them with marketing material for the products. ebase introduced the Nutzwerk products for example at the Systems trade fair in Munich. After only a few weeks of working together, they got R&B and Symtec interested in distribution of the product.
